  1. What is KISANeSTORE?
    KISANeSTORE is the First Agro-eStore in India to launch complete range of agro-inputs & agro-services. You can access whole Ag-industry under one e-commerce platform to get all types of Agro Inputs like Bio-Pesticides, Seeds, Fertilizers, Insecticides, Tissue-Culture, Green House, Irrigation Systems, Cattle Care, Farm Machinery, Farm Equipments, Solar Products, etc.
  2. What is Public Login & VLE Login?
    There are two different portals of KISANeSTORE: One is for VLE & other one is for Public.

    By clicking on Public Login, you will be redirected to the portal of www.kisanestore.com and this portal is just for farmers & general public. Payments can be done by Credit Card, Debit Card & Net Banking.

    By clicking on VLE Login, you will be redirected to ApnaCSC portal, then VLE can auto-login into www.kisanestore.in with his valid CSC Id & password.
    www.kisanestore.in is for VLE, which can be accessed only through auto-login from CSC portal www.apna.csc.gov.in . Payment can be done by CSC e-wallet only.
  3. What is CSC?
    The Common Services Center Scheme is a part of the ambitious National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). The Common Service Centers (CSCs) have been positioned as front end delivery outlets for delivery of Government as well as Private Sector services. CSC is one of the largest Government approved online service delivery channels in the world having 1,40,000 CSCs across India.
  4. What is VLE?
    Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) delivers various government and non-government services to the end consumers. VLE operates and manages CSC delivering services to common man in his territory. He is an influential person providing information and G2C - B2C services under single roof.
    VLE also delivers the services of KISANeSTORE to the farmers and uses his e-wallet to order agri-inputs for the farmers.
  5. What is My VLE Account?
    My VLE Account is personal account of VLE in KISANeSTORE, from which VLE is able to access his profile, order history, address book, return request, newsletter subscription, etc. VLE can download his real-time commission Excel file and printing materials like pre-designed banners from My VLE Account. Nobody else can see this account without valid login.
  6. How do I Register in KISANeSTORE?
    Whenever VLE clicks the link of KISANeSTORE for the first time on Apna CSC portal, he will be redirected & auto logged-in into KISANeSTORE. He has to fill his contact details in a simple form to get registered in KISANeSTORE. VLE can edit his profile any time. On successful registration, VLE gets registration call & email from KISANeSTORE.
  7. Is it Necessary for VLE to Register at KISANeSTORE to avail services & products for the farmers?
    Yes, but only once on your first visit at KISANeSTORE portal. By this simple registration KISANeSTORE updates your latest contact details & perfect postal address in the system for future transactions. VLE registration is free of cost. You can edit your profile anytime if required. Only VLE has to register himself in KISANeSTORE. Customers or Farmers do not require any registration in KISANeSTORE to get services or products of KISANeSTORE.
  8. How do I Login into KISANeSTORE?
    First of all, VLE has to login at www.apna.csc.gov.in with his valid CSC Id & password. VLE gets auto login into KISANeSTORE only from www.apna.csc.gov.in . VLE can find link of KISANeSTORE from the section of B2C in VLE services at ApnaCSC portal. You don't need any specific user id or password to login into KISANeSTORE.
  9. How do VLE get training to use KISANeSTORE?
    As VLE account is created, he gets a registration call from KISANeSTORE call center & VLE gets a training to access KISANeSTORE on phone. VLE can ask for any of his queries anytime by contacting KeS helpdesk. Registration email from KISANeSTORE also has brief information for using the portal. Detailed trainings are also conducted in VLE meetings.

  11. What is VLE Printing?
    VLE can see the link of VLE Printing in 'My VLE Account' after auto-login from ApnaCSC. You can download banner (JPEG file) in your preferred language in Square or Rectangle design. Insert your name & phone number while printing in any size. Put it on your CSC center so that farmers can come to you for ordering agricultural inputs.
  12. What is VLE Commission?
    VLE can see the link of VLE Commission in 'My VLE Account' after auto-login from ApnaCSC. You can download Excel file, which shows real time listed products with your commission on each unit of product in last column after deducting your 10% TDS from CSC.
  13. What is Newsletter?
    KISANeSTORE sends newsletters through email to the subscriber about the latest news regarding the services, products, offers & schemes of KISANeSTORE. We don't send unnecessary junk email. Generally, there are only 1 or 2 emails per month.
  14. How to Subscribe / Unsubscribe Newsletter?
    You can subscribe or unsubscribe newsletter anytime you wish from 'My VLE Account' at KISANeSTORE after auto-login from ApnaCSC.
  15. How can I modify the account details?
    You can edit or modify your account details anytime you wish from  'My VLE Account' at KISANeSTORE after auto-login from ApnaCSC.

  17. What to do if VLE cannot login in KISANeSTORE?
    VLE can auto-login only from www.apna.csc.gov.in with valid CSC Id & password. VLE can find link of KISANeSTORE from the section of B2C in VLE services at ApnaCSC portal after successful CSC Connect's VLE login. VLE don't need any specific user id or password for login into KISANeSTORE, as VLE has to access KISANeSTORE only through ApnaCSC.

  18. Whether my personal details are safe if I share them with KISANeSTORE?
    Yes, it is safe, KISANeSTORE do not share any personal detail with any outsiders.
  19. If I don’t shop for 6 months or more, then KISANeSTORE would delete my account?
    No, KISANeSTORE won't delete any VLE account.
    VLE account stays live forever at KISANeSTORE until you have valid ApnaCSC login.
  20. How to Submit Inquiry?
    VLE can Submit Enquiry for Big Products or for the products which needs consultation before purchase.
    On product page, fill all required details of customer, insert captca and click on submit inquiry button.
    Manufacturer of that product will directly contact customer by phone call or email & will give information about the product price, subsidies, bank loans, etc.
  21. In how much time would dealer contact customer after submitting inquiry?
    Generally, concerned dealer call or send informative email within 24 hours.
    It may take long time depending on the product or type of inquiry.
  22. Does VLE get commission for submitting inquiry?
    Presently, Submitting Enquiry is just a pilot project & VLE will not get commission.
    In future, there will be commission for VLEs on successful transactions of the inquiries.
  23. How to buy a Product?
    It’s very simple, just like other e-commerce platforms.
    VLE can buy Agri-Inputs showing button of ‘Add to Cart’. Payment will be done only from CSC e-wallet and VLE commission will remain in your e-wallet.
  24. How many products can be added in Shopping Cart at a time?
    VLE can process only one product at a time with unlimited quantity in Shopping Cart.
    VLE needs to process separate orders for different types of products.
    i.e. buy different items one by one with separate transactions.
    Quantity of the item can be increased more than 'Minimum Order Quantity' in a single transaction.
  25. How can I Purchase multiple products in one time?
    VLE cannot purchase multiple products at a time in a single transaction.
    VLE can process only one product at a time with unlimited quantity in Shopping Cart.
    VLE needs to process separate orders for different types of products. i.e. buy different items one by one with separate transactions.
    Quantity of the item can be increased more than 'Minimum Order Quantity' in a single transaction.
  26. How much Commission VLE will get if he buy products through his e-wallet?
    VLE earns variable commissions for different types of products listed on KISANeSTORE. VLE can download Excel file of real time commission from MY VLE ACCOUNT after auto login through Apna CSC. Commission in excel file shows net earnings of VLE after deduction 10% TDS from CSC. It may vary time to time as per the market trend. We suggest you to check it daily or just before any transaction.
  27. When would VLE get the commission?
    VLE gets his commission instantly in his CSC e-wallet.
  28. What If ordered product is not delivered to the customer?
    KISANeSTORE is bound & responsible until the product is delivered perfectly. Generally it doesn't happen, even though in case if the parcel is not received within 15 days, KISANeSTORE will send a new parcel for the same order.
  29. What if the product delivered Damaged / Broken?
    In case if you receive damaged or broken product, Rest assured, KISANeSTORE will replace it immediately. If you receive damaged or broken product, please contact Help Desk of KISANeSTORE and they will guide you for everything.
  30. How do I Get Product Delivery in rural Villages?
    Parcels upto 20 kg are been home delivered by Indian Postal Department.
    Parcels above 20 kg will be delivered by transport at your nearest town place. You have to take delivery from transport office & you have to manage further transportation at your own cost.
  31. How to make payment?
    VLE can only make payment through his CSC e-wallet.
  32. Can I buy less quantity than minimum order quantity?
    No, you cannot order less than minimum order quantity as system will not allow you to do so.
  33. Can I buy more quantity than minimum order quantity?
    Yes, you can order more than minimum order quantity, you can increase the quantity in product page or shopping cart while checkout.
  34. What is bulky product?
    Product weighing above 20 kg is called bulky product.
  35. How will I get the delivery of bulky product?
    Bulky product above 20 kg will be delivered by transport at your nearest town place. You have to take delivery from transport office & you have to manage further transportation at your own cost.
  36. Do I have to pay extra for bulky products?
    Not actually to KISANeSTORE while shopping.
    But, you have to take delivery from transport office situated at your nearest town place & you have to manage further transportation at your own cost.
  37. How can I track the parcel of the ordered product online?
    As we dispatch the parcel, we send you an email with all tracking details.
    If you cannot track your parcel, please contact our helpdesk, tell your order number & they will tell you the status of your parcel.
  38. Which amount VLE have to take from farmer?
    VLE have to take exact amount of offer price displayed on KISANeSTORE.
    VLE cannot demand extra amount other than offer price. As, offer price includes everything like VLE commission, taxes, postage for free home delivery, etc.
  39. What is minimum order quantity?
    Minimum order quantity is the quantity that you have to buy atleast while ordering the product with this clause. Generally we calculate it from average requirement of the farmer. You are able to increase the quantity but cannot decrease from the minimum quantity.
  40. Can I Modify My delivery address after placing the order?
    Yes, you can modify your delivery address at the time of address confirmation call. KISANeSTORE generally confirms delivery address of received orders as a routine process. If you miss it during confirmation call, you cannot change it afterwards as we dispatch parcel immediately after address confirmation. If your phone cannot be reach due to any reason, we process the dispatch according to your order details & in this case also you cannot claim modification of your delivery address.
  41. When and how can I Cancel my Order?
    You have chance to cancel your order before we dispatch your parcel.

  42. What will be the estimated Delivery time?
    General delivery time is within 3 to 5 days but it may vary due to product type, source & destination.
  43. What are the delivery charges?
    There are no extra delivery charges as it is included in offer price.
  44. Does KISANeSTORE deliver pan India?
    Yes, we deliver products in all deepest parts of rural India, subject to the reach of Indian postal department.
  45. What is KISANeSTORE’s Return Guarantees?
    You can return the product of KISANeSTORE only if:
    - The product is unused & intact.
    - If the product is not been tampered.
    - If the product is not damaged by your miss-handling.
    - If the product is not expired.
    - If the product is not covered under non-returnable policy of the respective vendor. (We also suggest you to check Guaranty / Warranty clause displayed on the product page as well as at the bottom link of the portal.)
  46. What are the modes of refund available after cancelations & returns?
    After following the norms of cancelation or return and if you are liable for refund, you will surely get refund by any of the following possible modes:
    - You may get refund according to norms in your CSC e-wallet.
    Or
    - KISANeSTORE will anyway find the appropriate way to refund by consulting you.

    KISANeSTORE lists only genuine products from renowned companies. In our brand section you can see the name of brands listed in KISANeSTORE.

    You can interact with KISANeSTORE in many ways. In Feedback form, you can send us feedback or suggestions & also upload a file as an attachment. Your feedback is valuable for us to make our services better.
  49. What is Inquiry?
    You can interact with KISANeSTORE in many ways. In Inquiry form, you can inquire regarding agriculture inputs or services which are not listed in KISANeSTORE. You can ask us to list the product or service according to your requirement. You can also upload a file as attachment regarding your inquiry.
